Hello

       So I've been asked many times, "why Second Chance?". Well, I'll give you my background and the vision I have for the future. First off this is my second chance at life and I'm loving every minute of it. I've spent most of my adult life incarcerated. Getting put back into society with nothing and jobs passing over you because of what your background says about you instead of the person you actually are becomes very demeaning. I have decided it a necessity to help others find their way back to a better way of life.

        The vision behind it all is to give others that find themselves in a similar situation I was in a SECOND CHANCE. My mission is to give the people who are often looked over because of their past an opportunity to gain the confidence and experience to better their lives. People who have been incarcerated are often forgotten about. The sad thing is most times they are the hardest working individuals out there.
